Keyuan Petrochemicals & KY Energy Keyuan Petrochemicals is an integrated fine chemicals and refinery-derived products group with a long-established focus on the import, processing and downstream application of heavy and intermediate feedstocks. The group operates on a structurally integrated model, linking large-scale raw material imports with downstream industrial processing and end-use applications. The group imports approximately 7 million tonnes of feedstock per annum through international markets. These imports primarily include fuel oil, aromatics and other refinery intermediate streams, which support continuous downstream operations across fine chemicals and related industrial products. This import volume places Keyuan among the leading participants in its peer group within China’s fine chemicals and deep-processing sector. Keyuan’s main production base is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China, within the core petrochemical corridor of the Yangtze River Delta.
